Served as Advisor to the Sixth State Finance Commission (Haryana) and Associate Professor at the Haryana Institute of Rural Development. Authored 10 books and recipient of the Indira Gandhi Raj Bhasha Award (2012).

Mr. Piduru Raghavendra Rao, IAS (Retd.)

IAS officer (1985 Batch, Haryana Cadre) who retired as Secretary, Department of Chemicals & Petrochemicals, Government of India. Served as Chairman of the Sixth State Finance Commission, Haryana (2020–21) and Chairman of the Haryana State Pollution Control Board (2021–24). Held senior roles as Additional Chief Secretary in Finance, Town & Country Planning, Urban Local Bodies, Housing, Environment, and Panchayats. Worked in the Government of India as Director in Food & Public Distribution and as Executive Director at Food Corporation of India (FCI).

Mr. Prasanta Kumar Mahapatra, IAS (Retd.)

IAS officer (1985 Batch, Haryana Cadre) who retired as Additional Chief Secretary, Haryana. Served as Senior Advisor at the International Solar Alliance, represented India at WTO and Kimberley Process Certification Scheme. Currently Primary Assessor for the Capacity Building Commission and the Quality Council of India. Earlier worked at NTPC as Engineer/Senior Design Engineer before joining IAS.
