Our Mission

Mission 73 74 Foundation is dedicated to building the capacities of elected representatives, empowering citizens to participate in Gram Sabhas and Mohalla Sabhas, and promoting institutional reforms that make Panchayats and Urban Local Bodies transparent, inclusive, and effective. Through training, civic education, digital tools, and research, we aim to nurture a new generation of grassroots leaders who can deliver responsive governance.

Capacity Building of Elected Representatives

We aim to strengthen the skills and knowledge of elected representatives through training, workshops, and field exposure. By building their leadership and governance capacity, we ensure effective decision-making, transparent functioning, and responsive local self-government.

Public Awareness Campaigns & Gram Sabha

We organize public awareness campaigns and promote active participation in Gram Sabhas and Mohalla Sabhas. These platforms strengthen democracy at the grassroots, ensuring that citizens’ voices guide local planning, development, and accountability.

Leadership & Communication Training for Women & Youth

We empower women, youth, and marginalized communities through leadership and communication training, fostering confidence, inclusivity, and active participation in governance and public life.
